we practiced writing Gg's on the whiteboard :)
during large group, we read Uncle Nacho's Hat and discussed our favorite shirts and what they looked like. we also discussed the clothes that we had on today.
"When Ambrosia gives her Uncle Nacho a new hat, he tries to get rid of his old one, but to no avail. No matter what he does, the pesky hat keeps coming back to him."

the students then had to Step Up and circle a word.
for limited centers, the students played on Starfall on the smartboard...
created our favorite shirts...
had freetime building with the blocks...
and read books in the library with Miss Andria.
we also started a new chapter book during quiet time this week.

Thursday night UWA will host Delta State for our first home Thursday night game here in Livingston. The players, cheerleaders, and band will take part in the Tiger Walk at 3:15 p.m. Thursday afternoon right in front of the Campus School. We will all attend this event tomorrow afternoon. Please dress the kids in red and white to show our support for our UWA Tigers! :)
