yesterday afternoon, Dr. Satcher's class came and set up games for us to learn and play. they will be visiting often and we enjoy the time spent with us.
this morning we got busy practicing the letter X one more time.
then we made Easter eggs using a wet chalk resistant technique. you can find directions on Mom 2 Posh Lil Divas' blog!
We completed our other March Clifford magazine today and learned about baby animals and in particular, rabbits. We learned that baby rabbits are called kittens and looked at what they look like from birth-9 weeks old. And we learned that rabbits live in warrens. We also watched a video about baby animals and learned that even though some animals are cute, they are not meant to be pets...like bear cubs.
then we completed a maze where we had to make a trail for the mommy rabbit to get to her kittens in the warren.
then we completed our paper magazine!
we also celebrated Egg Day this afternoon since we will not be here next week. thanks for all of the goodies!
