we started practicing writing the letter Uu today.
we also put some finishing touches on our handprint leprechauns.
we to a campus field trip to Bibb Graves auditorium to watch Birmingham Children's Theatre put The Three Little Kittens. it was wonderful! we saw a lot of familiar faces watching to play, too!
before the play, we read The Three Little Kittens by Paul Galdone and afterwards we created a Venn diagram comparing the book we read and the play.
"The favorite Mother Goose rhyme about the three careless kittens who lost their mittens is given added appeal with Galdone's bold and colorful illustrations."
