we had another busy day today!
this morning, we made play-doh T's
and finished our handprint lincolns by adding noses, mouth, and ears
and had Tiger Cub Fitness Club with Ms. Annie!
we cut out teeth from manila folders
and then painted them clean with white paint and a toothbrush!
why, you ask?! Because today is all about dental health!
we read all about dental health in Clifford's magazine and played a game where we had to decide and sort which foods are good for our teeth and which are bad.

"Open, please," said Dr. Knoll.
Vera opened her mouth again. Suddenly she saw a whirring machine on a long handle coming closer and closer. It sputtered pink flecks.
Vera shut her mouth tightly.
When Vera goes to the dentist for a checkup, she wears her favorite cowgirl skirt since it always makes her feel brave. But not even her special skirt prepares her for the whir of the tooth-cleaning machine, and Vera's off and running before Dr. Knoll knows what's happened!"
