Thanksgiving name turkeys

I found this idea on I Can Teach My Child's website. you can also use "Thanksgiving" or "Give Thanks" instead of doing names. the purpose is to match upper and lowercase letters (and it makes a great decoration, too :D )

first, the students colored and cut out their turkeys.

then they cut out feathers according to the number of letters in their name, which we counted.

then the students matched the upper and lowercase letters and glued them to the body.
