this morning we had fun playing Thanksgiving Bingo (and eating candy corn)!
the students identified symbols of Thanksgiving and placed a piece of candy corn on the correct symbol.
after music and dance, the students learned "Diddle, Diddle, Dumpling" and Stepped Up to circle Dd's.
we read Llama Llama, Red Pajama again. this time the students described Baby Llama's face and watched his feelings escalate. we also talked about what Mama Llama meant when she tells Baby Llama to be patient and the times in our classroom we might need to be patient.
in limited centers, we practiced bundling socks...
started working on our turkey headbands for the program...
and enjoyed creating paper dolls with the kit Dr. Minear gave us :)
UWA's Education Senior Block students held a science fair for us yesterday afternoon.
we learned a lot and had so much fun doing it!
