Reminder:
The students need to wear Western clothes, no hats, for the program on Thursday
morning. Students need to be at school by 9:30 a.m. dressed and ready. The
parents and visitors can walk on over to the auditorium. The teachers will
bring the students. We will not have a reception afterwards this year due to
the cafeteria being closed for the rest of the month. The teachers will
have the portfolios at the program for you to pick up afterwards. When it
is over I will direct parents to wear each teacher is to collect portfolios and
take pictures with the teacher. You may take your child home after the program,
just be sure to let the teacher know. Let Ms. Annie know if you have any questions. J
