the book fair is so totally coming this month!

Dear Parents and Families:

We invite you to visit our Scholastic Book Fair and experience a celebration of reading!  Our Scholastic Book Fair theme – PEACE, LOVE, AND BOOKS –surrounds students in the celebration of reading with hundreds of fun, engaging, affordable books for them to discover. Giving kids access to good books and the opportunity to choose their own books will motivate them to read more.

We will be raising money with our All for Books program again this year.  Please bring in any spare change to help raise money for literacy for The UWA Curriculum Library.  Mrs. Annie Upchurch will use the books that we buy with our money to put on the shelves for our students to check out when they visit her at Lyon Hall.

Monday, February 22nd---Wear white for PEACE

Tuesday, February 23^rd ---Come join your kid for K.I.S.S. for some Groovy Goodies from 11:00-1:00

Wednesday, February 24^th---Come on over and read with us.

Thursday, February 25^th---Wear red for LOVE

Friday, February 26^th---Show your love of BOOKS by dressing up like a groovy reader in your hippie wear.
