Tiger Cub Fitness Club


We took a walking field trip over to the SUB, where Ms. Rebecca (Tripp's mom) got our blood a-pumpin'!
we did some warm-up exercises













then split into groups for different activities.
here the students had to frog jump.


then we did some rope lifting


and rope jumping, forward and backward.




long jumps



surfing and swimming











maybe a little "skating"


some racing










some crab walks

a water break

and some cool down stretches.
