Guess what today is! Smokey the Bear Day! We learned so much about preventing forest fires today! We watched a Smokey the Bear video (soon our projector will be hooked up and we will be watching all sorts of videos to go with our lessons!).
We discussed when fire is helpful and when it is harmful.
We learned Smokey Bear's 5 rules for fire prevention and a song!
