Today played another listening game called Are You Ready? We were soldiers that chanted back and forth while marching around the room in different ways. We voted on singing Twinkle, Twinkle or Old MacDonald and created a graph to see which song won.
And the winner was Twinkle, Twinkle by one vote!
We had our second read-aloud of Charlie Anderson. Vocab: woods, disappeared, stepmother, purr, country cat, and worried. I introduced the Name Game and we played it during our learning centers this afternoon. We also had a modeling clay learning center this afternoon.
