December 7-14, 2015 reminders

Good afternoon, 
Next week will be very busy. Please take a look at the reminders below for all activities.

Monday, December 7: 
-Dance and gymnastics 
-All teachers and myself will attend CPR/1st Aid/AED training starting at 9:00a.m. We will have subs to watch the children, but we will still be in the building. 

Tuesday, December 8:
-Christmas Around the World Exchange 9:00-11:00-Students will rotate from room to room to learn about different ways to celebrate Christmas in different countries. 
-​Class gifts are due. Items may include puzzles, games, manipulatives, printer ink cartridges, card games, board games, etc. All gifts are to be unwrapped and brought to school no later than 2:00 on this day. Please contact your child's teacher for more information. 
-Class Christmas parties: 
Angie and Allie's class at 2:00
Jaysa, Alison, and Byrne's classes will all have parties at 2:30p.m. 

Wednesday, December 9:
-Dance and gymnastics rehearsal for Nursing Home performance at 9:00
-Nursing Home performance at 10:00. Vans will leave at 9:30. 
All students should wear red shirts. Girls should wear red shirts, pigtails (if possible) with red ribbons, black leggings or tights, and ballet shoes. 

Thursday, December 10:
-Gingerbread Day-Students will be travelling to Lyon Hall for the Gingerbread Man Hunt and Story Time with Mrs. Annie at 9:00a.m. When we return, students will begin working on their Gingerbread houses and work on them throughout the day, along with other activities. Parents are welcome to join us whenever possible. 

Friday, December 11:
-Pancake Breakfast: A special pancake breakfast will be available for all students from 7:30a.m. til 9:00a.m. 
-Polar Express Day:Students should wear their pajamas (except for kindergarten.) 
-Special Jolly Guest: Expected arrival time is 9:30a.m. 
-CHOM: The K-5 class should wear red Campus School shirts for their field trip to The Gingerbread Man Workshop at CHOM. They will leave at 10:00 to eat at Mellow Mushroom for lunch and then proceed to CHOM across the street. They will return at approximately 3:30p.m. 

Monday, December 14:
-Last day of school. All students should take home any items in cubbies and mailboxes. Please be sure to look at the Winter Supply List. All items are due on January 7, when school re-opens. 
 -Please note that the Campus School will be closed until Thursday, January 7, 2016 for Christmas Break. 

All teachers and myself will be attending a required Pre-K Conference in Mobile, Alabama January 3-6, 2016.
