This morning the students had music with Ms. Poole and we played in centers.
The students watched a movie during Quiet Time today :)
This afternoon we read Not a Box.
"A box is just a box . . . unless it's not a box. From mountain to rocket
ship, a small rabbit shows that a box will go as far as the imagination allows."
Our journal topic was "It's not a box. It's a ___________."
Miss UWA 2013, Miss Tierra stopped by this afternoon. The students made Christmas cards for children of the military.
The students also learned how to put a box together. I printed off Christmas boxes (they are actually dice I found at 3 Dinosaurs)
I had them try to put the box together first...
then we worked together...
and made an awesome Christmas box!
