I found this template on Toddler Approved's blog. Fun activity and a yummy snack!
I am an early childhood teacher who taught preschool for 8 1/2 years, 2 years of K4, and ending my first year in K5. All at UWA Campus School! I love my job, teacher blogging, and hope to pass on some of the gems that I find (with due credit) and share our stories, too! Please leave a comment if you use anything you find or if you use my blog. And don't forget to become a member and sign up for email updates. :)

toilet paper tube Christmas trees
This idea came from A Little Learning for Two's blog.First but a paper plate into thirds.
Then paint the pieces green.
Add some bingo marker dots and a star.
Cut the bottom of the tube like below so it will stand up. Then hot glue the tube to another plate.
Glue the tree pieces to the tube. And add some cotton balls to the bottom for some snow.
Now you have a precious table piece! :)
Traveling Gingerbread Men
We are doing the Traveling Gingerbread Man project again this year! The students make paper gingerbread men and then mail them to family member(s) or friend(s). Our hopes are that they will take the gingerbread man around with them, document with pictures and postcards, then mail him back to us so we can see his travels. We look forward to this project every year!

Indian Corn craft
This idea came from The Ramblings of a Crazy Woman's blog. The students cut squares in red, yellow, and orange construction paper while I cutout the corn shapes from paper bags.
Then the students glued on their squares.
Add some ribbon and you have a precious decoration!
We are thankful for...
Wishing you and your families a safe and happy Turkey Day! Today we were thankful for:
